Lyrath Estate Hotel, Kilkenny
The Retail Retreat 2026 is where ambitious retailers come together to think bigger, connect deeper, and shape what’s next.
Set in an inspiring environment away from the pace of day-to-day business, the retreat is designed to create space for strategic thinking, meaningful conversation, and genuine connection. Across two thoughtfully curated days, you’ll engage in powerful discussions, hear from industry leaders, and share insights with fellow retailers who understand both the challenges and the opportunities defining modern retail.
This is not a typical conference. It’s an immersive experience built around collaboration, practical insight, and peer-to-peer learning. Expect honest conversations, forward-thinking ideas, and actionable takeaways you can bring back to your business immediately.
From future trends and evolving consumer behaviour to innovation, growth strategies, and leadership, The Retail Retreat 2026 focuses on what truly matters – equipping retailers with the clarity, confidence, and connections to thrive in the year ahead.
Step away from the noise.
Reconnect with your purpose.

Stuart Trevor is a fashion designer and entrepreneur who founded AllSaints in 1994, creating its distinctive aesthetic from the ground up and building it into a globally recognised brand. Inspired by music, vintage culture, and his early years customising hand-me-down clothing in Dundee, Trevor developed a signature design language that continues to influence the brand decades later. Prior to AllSaints, he was Head of Menswear Design and Buying at Reiss, where he built deep expertise across design, merchandising, and retail strategy.
After leaving AllSaints, Trevor set out to rethink the fashion industry at its core. In response to the environmental impact of overproduction and fast fashion, he launched his eponymous label, STUART TREVOR – a brand built on the idea of creating without producing new clothing. Working with vintage garments and deadstock fabrics, he transforms existing materials into unique, limited-edition pieces through processes such as reworking, patching, printing, and hand-finishing.
Driven by a belief that there are already too many clothes in the world, Trevor’s mission is to turn “waste into want,” making sustainable fashion more desirable, accessible, and emotionally engaging. His work responds to growing eco-anxiety and challenges a culture of overconsumption, while still delivering the creativity, individuality, and sense of joy that people seek from fashion.
With a career spanning nearly four decades, Trevor continues to combine design, culture, and purpose -mentoring the next generation and working to reshape the future of fashion into one that is both inspiring and responsible.
