03 | SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

Your submission comprises two parts — both must be completed and submitted before the deadline. All submissions will be reviewed by an independent judging panel. The top 5 entrants will be shortlisted and invited to interview, with the winner announced at the Elavon Retail Excellence Ireland Awards 2026 on 10th October at the Lyrath Estate Hotel.

Part 1 - Written Questions

Answer all six questions as per the form below. Each response must be between 100 and 200 words.

Part 2 - Video — No longer than 2 minutes

Record a video of yourself or of your store telling your story. Be as creative as you wish — this is your chance to bring your submission to life! Your video must include:
✔ You on screen introducing yourself — the judges need to see the person behind the submission
✔ Your store name and full address clearly stated
✔ A tour of where you work — show the judges your store and introduce your team

Please answer all questions below. Each answer must be between 100 and 200 words. Focus on specific examples and outcomes — the panel is looking for evidence of real impact.

Share the initiatives or approaches you’ve introduced that have had the biggest positive impact on trading performance.
