Dublin Protest:

Retail and Hospitality Sectors Rally against Rising Business Costs

Thank you to the numerous members who supported the March to the Dáil last Tuesday. Your participation and solidarity were vital in bringing attention to the challenges faced by our community.

Retail and hospitality businesses marched through Dublin to protest against the soaring costs of doing business. The streets were filled with frustrated business owners from the retail, hospitality, and other SMEs all struggling with unsustainable operational costs.

The demonstration was fueled by deep dissatisfaction with Budget 2025, which doesn’t do enough to address their pressing concerns for independent businesses across the country.

Together, your voices have helped to amplify our message and concerns to policymakers.
