In partnership with Tom Smyth & Associates, Retail Excellence Ireland has set up Retail Excellence HR Suite that is now available on a complementary basis to all full Retail Excellence Ireland members.
The suite of services available to full Retail Excellence members over the phone is extensive and offer members an expert opinion and advice on many key HR issues. The suite of HR supports is delivered using telephone advice on any aspects of Employment Law, Human Resources, Industrial Relations and Health & Safety.
This complementary service is of an advisory nature whereby Tom Smyth & Associates will listen to the query or problem that a member has and suggest a course of action that both complies with employment law and is practical to the retailer.
