HRM Advice: As in previous years we will offer all members a complementary HRM phone advisory service which better informs members as to their legal obligations, labour laws, best HRM practice and assists you in your day to day HRM decisions.
In 2009 we launched a HRM audit and benchmarking process which analyse members HR productivity, compliance and standard of best practice. This process will continue in 2010.
